Map the Five Realms

The Map of the Five Realms is a fantasy world map that was commissioned by a tabletop gaming group. All its members contributed to the conceptualization of this home brew setting as they each created the native region of their character. The GM focused on the central realm, home of the main antagonists, and I was eventually contacted to create a cohesive map that would depict all Five Realms together.
